The challenge

My clients are looking for solutions – fast ones. Order intake is too low. Business is dependent on a few major customers. Sales targets are in serious jeopardy. The sales manager has left the company. The company lacks clear, targeted sales structures and processes.
The reasons can be manifold.

My unbiased view from the outside and my impulses are decisive advantages to do the best for the company and to achieve the best result.

The mission

On the one hand, productivity pressure on sales is becoming ever greater, while on the other hand, the level of customer expectation is rising continuously. Basically, this results in a “double performance pressure”: the level of performance must increase together with productivity. The required optimization of sales activities is based on knowledge in the field of sales management.

I contribute to reaching company objectives and success by applying modern methods, instruments, and concepts with target-oriented strategies. The following essential requirements are met in the process:

Increase incoming orders

Structured sales management

Make sales more efficient

Improve customer focus

Win new customers

Motivate employees and lead them to success

Structure processes

Achieve objectives

My added value as an interim manager lies in:

  • the speed, with which I familiarize myself with the project, the speed with which I work out solutions, and the speed with which I ensure that objectives are achieved, as well as
  • the reliability, I provide using technical and methodological expertise, the professionalism and experience I can draw on, and beyond that
  • the return, my clients achieve due to an increased level of performance and productivity by investing in me as an interim manager.

You are looking for
